Privacy

Short version: the only data collected here is what you type into a form, plus anonymous traffic counts. It is used to answer you and to deliver what you ordered. It is never sold.

The data controller is Hungry Touch LLC, the company operating the Ranza brand and the seller of record for anything you buy here.

What gets collected

• Forms. Your name, business, category, neighborhood, Instagram handle, phone, email, event details, the message you write, and any photos you upload.
• Purchases. Stripe handles payment on behalf of Hungry Touch LLC and stores the card details. This site never sees or stores a card number. Charges appear as HUNGRY TOUCH on your card statement.
• Traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and counts page views without identifying you.
• Advertising. If the Meta pixel is enabled, Meta receives standard browsing events so ads can be measured and retargeted. Your browser's ad settings and any consent choices you make apply.

What it's used for

Replying to you, quoting your job, producing what you ordered, and — for the photos you send as part of a service — creating the content you're paying for. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

The tools needed to run this: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), and the internal systems Hungry Touch LLC uses to schedule and produce content. No data is sold, rented or traded.

How long it's kept

Enquiries are kept while there's a reasonable chance of working together. Client material is kept for as long as the service runs, plus a reasonable archive period. Ask for deletion any time and it gets deleted.
